Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase (Fabian Trails currently offers cash on delivery, so refunds will be arranged through store credit or an alternative method communicated via email).
